CrystalPlus was very easy to deal with on this purchase. They were able to take our ideas and specs and create a really beautiful and meaningful retirement gift for a colleague. The website worked ok but should have a bit more explanation of how the process works in getting a draft of the gift. Also, there should be more categories when searching and ordering for special one of a kind retirement gifts. Other than that, we had no problems and got a beautiful product.
