Holiday Production Time & Shipping Schedule




We strive ourselves to keep up with high quality services and products. During the holiday season, we will continue our service standards with 2-3 days turnaround time for our proofing and engraving production process for most of the orders. However, please anticipate possible delivery delays from the shipping carriers; i.e. UPS/FedEx or Postal service due to high volume of packages shipping throughout the holiday season. We are not responsible for the delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier.

*Personalization Artwork will be emailed on the same day for orders submitted by 12:00PM PST and artwork proof must be approved within 24hrs for Christmas Guarantee Delivery according to the following order checkout time and shipping method. For order quantity of 10+ pieces will require extra day(s) for production.
*Our production and shipping transit time does not count weekends and holidays.
