Michelle J.- VA, United States March 24, 2025 When I went to order the same vase, but with different personalization, I had trouble trying to figure out how to personalize the new one without having the same information from the old one. Whether I clicked on REORDER, or just clicked on a new vase, the previously ordered vase would show. It took me quite a while to realize I needed to unclick a very specific spot to start fresh. You may want to make that section more visible in order to make it easier to personalize new items.
