After placing your order, our designer will design or lay out your personalization and send you a proof within 24hr during business days.

optional base, we recommend sizing up for the top felt diameter. Due to the
nature of mouth-blown manufactured crystal, the base sizes of some of our
crystal pieces may vary slightly. To ensure a proper fit, please select the base
whose top felt diameter is the next size up from the base size of your crystal
piece (rather than smaller or exact fit).
* Dimensional weight indicated on the item chart will be applied for the shipping charge calculation.

- You are able to upload your logo/artwork or choose from our Clipart Library and enter your own texts before Checkout unless "Not Engravable", "Pre-etched" or "Pre-designed" is mentioned. No limitation on texts as long as it fits on the imprint area. First logo per piece in high resolution vector art format or from our Clipart library is Free. Each piece in your cart can be personalized with different logo/artwork and text.
